Thank you for the updates, Kert. And for staying authentic as you process and reveal your humanity. “Surreal” is the apt word to capture that feeling when you’re planning intensely to celebrate the existence of a loved one. To share with others how well they lived and how much their having lived made a profound impact yet you realize that you do it in their physical absence. I find it surreal when the family gathers for what is a family reunion of sorts but a key member is not there to touch and feel. But the circle of life and love remains unbroken. What a wonderful life your dad lived! And how fitting to get glimpses of his life through you who was an integral part of a large chunk of it. The services are around the corner and I know you will execute the plans beautifully. I will keep you all in prayers that each of you will be touched in ways that are uniquely meaningful. Thanks for the Zoom link. 🙏

Thank you Linda. The time to be together will be lovely—it will be an honor to share our Dad with everyone one more time. Bring a good memory to share with us!
